Ingredients
  • 1 cauliflower ( the one I had was medium size I would say ;)
  • 1 big red pepper
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 big cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp curry powder ( I used medium hot )
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pink salt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup of basmati rice or any rice of your choice
  • A bunch of fresh parsley or coriander ( my partner Thomas don't like coriander so I used parsley;
  • ¼ of shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ chopped cucumber
