Duck Breasts with Redcurrant & Onion Relish
Ingredients
  • 4 duck breasts (about 140g/ 5oz each)
  • pinch Chinese five-spice powder

  • 140g fresh or frozen redcurrant
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
