  • 0.25 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp. chopped Almonds
  • 1 clove*
  • 1 cardamom pod*
  • 0.25 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp. ground ginger
  • 0.5 nutmeg seed, finely grated
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tbsp. Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
