  • 2 cups (200g) powdered sugar / icing sugar
  • Few drops of peppermint extract or oil, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • Green food coloring, to color
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) dairy-free milk, as needed
