  • 1 Jar Dill Pickle Chips
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • Oil For Frying

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a bowl, mix together the egg, flour, chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste until smooth. The mixture should resemble a thick pancake batter. If it is too thick, add in some more chicken broth. If it is too thin, add in additional flour.
  • Heat a few inches of oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove until the temperature reaches 350 degrees.
  • Dip the pickle slices into the batter, and then place into the heated oil. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes evenly on both sides until golden brown.
  • Drain on a paper towel lined plate and then serve.
