  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (can sub apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ΒΌ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
