Very easy to make with just a few ingredients readily available in your kitchen, this authentic Maharashtrian Vangyache Kaap recipe tastes scrumptious.
Ingredients
  • • ¼ tsp - Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
  • • ½ tsp - Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder
  • • ½ tsp - Cumin (Jeera) Powder
  • • 1 tsp - Salt (or to taste)
  • • ½ tsp - Red Chilli powder (or to taste)
  • • 1 Pinch - Asafoetida (Hing) - Optional
  • • ¼ tsp - Garam Masala
  • • 10 to 12 roundels - Brinjal / Aubergine (Baingan) - neither too thick, nor too thin
  • • As needed - Rice Flour
  • • As needed - Oil
