  • 1 ½ teaspoon GARAM MASALA
  • A few shakes black pepper
  • ¾ cup CASHEW CREAM (substitute 1 cup full-fat coconut milk)
  • cooked rice (optional, for serving)
  • chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for serving)
