Easy Vegan Mushroom Chow Mein (Under 30 Minutes!)

  • ⅔ cup snow peas (100 g)
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • ½ cup sprouted mung beans (50 g)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (for topping)

  • 4 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 3 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
