Mrs Yoshida's Honey Orange Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Yoshida's sauce
  • 1 cup premium orange juice not concentrate or oranges
  • 6 TBL honey
  • 1½ lbs chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 TBL olive oil
  • OPTIONAL: ¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted
Steps
  1. Mix juice, sauce and honey. Reserve 1 cup. Marinate chicken for 10 minutes, drain and discard. Lightly brush pan with oil heat to medium. Cook chicken about 4 to 6 minutes and brush with the 1 cup of reserved sauce. Cook 4 to 6 minutes more until cooked. Use remaining sauce for dipping.
  2. Top with almonds
