Surf-n-Turf Moo Shu Wrap with Shrimp & Pork

  • 1 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • ¼ cup dry wood ear mushrooms, rehydrated & julienned
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 package moo shu wraps (12 pieces)

  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 cup hoisin
  • ½ lime, juiced
