Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and frozen
  • ⅓ cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. almond butter* (or nut/seed butter of choice)
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond*, coconut milk or water
  • ½ cup plain, full-fat yogurt^ or canned coconut milk (or additional unsweetened almond milk)
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice (may substitute a pinch of ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 scoops unflavored or vanilla vegan protein powder of choice (Sun Warrior Vanilla)
  • 1 cup ice
  • handful of spinach (optional)
