  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds / pepitas
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp linseeds / flaxseeds
  • 1 ½ tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 ½ tbsp flaxseed meal
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
