  • ¼ cup calorie-free sweetener* I used one that's twice as sweet as sugar
  • ½ cup (4 oz.) nonfat plain Greek yogurt*
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce*
  • 1 large whole egg*
  • 2 tbsp. vegan buttery spread melted
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract optional
  • ½ cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup (2 oz.) white chocolate chips optional
