▪︎ Tzatziki-Ish Dressing -
Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews that I soaked in hot water for 30 mins or so depending on your blender
  • 1 cup of cashew milk - more if you like it thinner
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic or more if you like it spicier
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb to taste ( you can replace this with any Mrs. Dash type seasoning or for that matter leave it out)
  • 1 tablespoon of dried dill ( fresh is better but I only have that on hand in the summer)
  • HUGE hand full of parsley
