  • ¼ block firm tofu
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil,
  • 1 tbsp white rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives or fresh basil
