After I melted the butter, I forgot to set aside and added all the other ingredients ontop   Was too late to turn back so continued cooking and it turned out perfect!  Halved the recipe as suggested earlier (80 deg and 6 min with a squeeze of lemon) Directions are for a Thermomix
Ingredients
  • 130 g unsalted butter cubed
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 to 3 tsp vinegar or lemon juice, to taste
  • salt & pepper, to taste
