Ingredients
- 500g radish
- 30g onion
- 30g pear
- 10g spring onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- subheading: Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp Korean chilli powder
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1 tbsp preserved shrimp
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
Steps
- Peel the radish and cut into 1.5cm cubes
- Sprinkle with salt and sugar and leave for 1 hour. Drain well.
- Cut onion, pear and spring onion into small pieces.
- Add chilli powder to the radish cubes and mix for 2 minutes to colour the radish well.
- Add remaining seasoning ingredients and mix.
- Add onion, pear, spring onions and mix.
