Aip Chicken Strips. Autoimmune Protocol
Ingredients
  • 2 lg. chicken breasts (slightly frozen makes for easy slicing)
  • Approx. 200 grams plantain chips
  • ⅓ cup oil (I like melted coconut oil, but your favourite will work)
  • ¾ tsp. pink salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • {Optional for AIP re-intro of seeds: ¾ tsp. pepper}
