Gluten-Free Cake Pop Recipe (Healthy + No Bake!)
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Oat Flour (I make my own in 3 steps)
  • ¼ Cup + ½ Tbs Tapioca Flour
  • ½ Cup Blanched Almond Flour
  • Dash Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 Flax Egg (1 Tbs ground flax + 2 Tbs water. Let thicken for 5 min)
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract
  • 3 Tbs Pure Maple Syrup (or honey)
  • 5½ oz Vanilla Almond Bark (try to find one without artificial flavors) (or non-dairy white melting chocolate)
  • Naturally Colored Sprinkles ( my favorite brand!)
