1950's-style open-face sandwich
Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can albacore Tuna fish
  • 6 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup skim milk
Steps
  1. Bring cheese, milk, and tuna in a saucepan to a light simmer for 3 mins stirring frequently.
  2. Toast 6 slices white bread until golden
  3. Serving you put 2 slices of bread on plate and 1 scoop per slice, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and you have lunch.
