- 1 ½ teaspoons turmeric
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 ounces)
- 1 package frozen peas (10 ounces)
- ½ cup 2% plain Greek yogurt*** (see note)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro roughly chopped
