Hamburger Pasta
Ingredients
  • 1 pound of lean ground beef
  • 2 cups of any bite size pasta
  • 1 litre of chicken broth (or water)
  • 1 large can of diced, crushed, or stewed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 Tbs of my Go-To seasoning in my recipes
  •  
  • subheading: or use the following seasonings:
  • 1 Tbs Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tsp course Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
  • ¼ tsp Coriander
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom
  • ¼ tsp Onion
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Steps
  1. In a large skillet brown lean ground beef for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Drain grease.
  2. Add seasonings, pasta and water or chicken broth, and olive oil.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until pasta is el dente.
