super simple sweet rolls

Servings: makes 8 rolls

Ingredients
  • spray olive oil
  • Pillsbury Round Crescent rolls
  • sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Splenda granulated
  • Pillsbury sugar-free vanilla frosting
Steps
  1. heat oven to 375*
  2. spray round cake or pie pan with olive oil
  3. open crescent rounds and separate
  4. unroll each crescent round and place 10 chocolate chips along each length
  5. roll up each length of dough
  6. place in pan
  7. top with 5 chocolate chips
  8. spray lightly with olive oil
  9. sprinkle with Splenda
  10. bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown on top and bottom
  11. melt 2 to 3 tablespoons vanilla frosting
  12. when rolls are baked, remove from oven, and immediately spoon melted frosting on top as icing.
  13. serve warm
Notes
  • they are sooo yummy!!! i came up with recipe after seeing Pillsbury’s new chocolate chip rolls that are not sugar-free or reduced sugar.
