  • 2 (325g) large carrot , roughly chopped
  • 2 ribs (161g) celery , roughly chopped
  • 14 oz (400g) crushed tomatoes
  • Garnish
  • A dash sherry vinegar or rice wine vinegar (optional)
  • Freshly chopped parsley
