Cauliflower Mash with Meatballs Smothered in Gravy
Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon avocado oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • subheading: For the gravy:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • note: cornstarch slurry (if the gravy is too watery)
