Servings: 21 Scones
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Wild Blueberry Scone Mix
  • ⅔ C Water
  •  
  • subheading: Easy Glaze:
  • 1 C Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Milk
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla
Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper (you'll need a ½ & ¼ sheet pan)
  3. In a bowl, combine mix with water with a fork until it's a sticky dough
  4. If it's too dry, add in 1 tsp of water at a time
  5. Using your "black disher", scoop out 21 scones between the two sheet pans
  6. Bake for 13 minutes, until lightly golden and firm to the touch
  7. Cool on a rack
  8. subheading: For the Glaze:
  9. Whisk together all of the ingredients until smooth
  10. subheading: To Finish:
  11. Drizzle the Glaze over the just warm Scones and serve
Notes
  • These freeze beautifully
  • Made this way, each Scone is only 8 calories
