Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Wild Blueberry Scone Mix
- ⅔ C Water
- subheading: Easy Glaze:
- 1 C Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Milk
- ½ tsp. Vanilla
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper (you'll need a ½ & ¼ sheet pan)
- In a bowl, combine mix with water with a fork until it's a sticky dough
- If it's too dry, add in 1 tsp of water at a time
- Using your "black disher", scoop out 21 scones between the two sheet pans
- Bake for 13 minutes, until lightly golden and firm to the touch
- Cool on a rack
- subheading: For the Glaze:
- Whisk together all of the ingredients until smooth
- subheading: To Finish:
- Drizzle the Glaze over the just warm Scones and serve

- These freeze beautifully
