  • ½ cup half and half
  • 1 can boiled mushrooms dried and chopped (6.5 ounces - 8 ounces can)
  • 6 to 8 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ⅓ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • fresh basil for garnish optional
