Ingredients
  • 3 c. Red Seedless Grapes*
  • ½ c. Chopped Pecans
  • ½ c. Plain, Unsweetened Greek Yogurt**
  • 1¼ t. Vanila Extract
  • ⅛ t. Cinnamon
Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the grapes and the pecan pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon. Whisk to combine and then pour over the grapes and pecans. Gently toss to combine. Serve.
Notes
  • * For a crowd, double or triple the recipe and use half red grapes and half green for a colorful effect.
  • ** For dairy free, use Coconut Milk Yogurt. You can also use a Vanilla Unsweetened Yogurt - if you do, then reduce the Vanilla to ¼ t.
