Cranberry Nut Puddin’ (S) P. 357
Ingredients

  • ¼ cup THM Baking Blend
  • 1 tsp THM Super Sweet Blend
  • 1 pinch mineral salt
  • ½ tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (ground)
  • 2 large egg white (s)
  • subheading: For the Puddin':
  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk (almond or cashew milk) (heated to just before boil in a saucepan)
  • ½ tsp extra virgin coconut oil (extra virgin, or ¾ tsp MCT oil)
  • ¼ tsp almond extract (¼ to ½ tsp, to taste)
  • 3 pinches mineral salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp THM Just Gelatin
  • ½ scoop THM Integral Collagen (1 scoop as breakfast puddin)
  • 2 tsp THM Super Sweet Blend
  • ¼ cup cranberries (chopped)
  • ⅛ cup slivered almonds (⅛ to ¼ cup) (For FP - use only a small amount.)
