Instant Pot Pearl Barley

- 1 ½ cups Pearl Barley
- 3 cups Chicken Broth*
- 1 tsp salt
- Rinse & drain barley
- Add barley, broth & salt to the Instant Pot, stir.
- Cook on High Pressure (Manual or Pressure Cook) for 25 mins.
- 15 min Natural Pressure Release.
- *I used homemade chicken broth that I didn't add salt to. If you use canned broth don't add the teaspoon of salt.
