Ingredients

  • 1 cup (120 grams) of all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon table salt (or, ¾ teaspoon kosher salt)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons (25 grams) granulated sugar
  • 8 tablespoons (4 ounces/ 113 grams) cold salted butter
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons (56 to 70 grams) of ice water
