Meal Prep: Garlic Butter Steak with Zucchini Noodles
Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450g) flank steak, sliced against the grain
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (or coconut amino)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce of your choice (we used Sriracha)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided or (ghee for paleo diet)
  • ½ teaspoon  red crushed chili pepper flakes, optional
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup  chicken stock
  • Salt and fresh cracked  black pepper, to taste
  • ⅓ cup fresh chopped parsley (or cilantro)
  • 4 spiralized zucchini (or a packet of zucchini noodles)
