Vegetarian Bean and Rice Burrito
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or olive oil)
  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans (or pinto beans), drained
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, or to taste
  • Pinch salt, to taste, optional
  • 4 (10-inch) large  tortillas
