Jiffy Loaded Cornbread Casserole

Whether you are looking for a side dish for Thanksgiving or a quick and easy weeknight meal, this Jiffy corn casserole recipe is sure to be a hit. This is a rich, moist corn casserole made with cornbread mix, butter, cream cheese, creamed corn and corn. You load it up with scallions, bacon and cheese to really put it over the top! Best new addition to all your holiday dinners

1⁄2 cup butter, softened

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix (8.5 ounce/ box)

1 can creamed corn

1 can corn, undrained

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1⁄4 cup scallions, chopped

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
