Healthy Spinach Bacon Quiche
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ⅓ cup Olive Oil (or butter)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp water

  • 8 oz turkey bacon, diced small
  • 1 small red onion, diced small
  • 1 5oz bag fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 6 large, Eggland’s Best eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 cup cheese, divided
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
