  • 1 roasted red pepper, drained and chopped (from a jar)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup feta cheese
