  • 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¾ cup loosely packed basil leaves, torn
  • ½ cup dried cherries or cranberries

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
