Extra Smooth Hummus Recipe (Better Than Store-Bought)
Ingredients
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can chickpeas (reserve 4 tablespoons of liquid)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large clove of garlic (or two!)
  • ¼ cup tahini paste
  • 3 tablespoons EACH: lemon juice AND olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon EACH: kosher salt AND ground cumin, optional
