No Bake Protein Cookie Dough Cake (No Refined Sugar)!
Ingredients
  • 9 large medjool dates
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (about 29g per scoop)
  • ½ cup gluten-free oat flour
  • ½ cup runny peanut butter
  • ¼ cup 2 tbsp dairy-free milk (adjust if needed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips for mixing in the dough
  • additional melted chocolate for topping (about 1 cup chocolate chips)
