  • 1 red capsicum, sliced or diced
  • ⅓ cup red onion sliced
  • 1 avocado peeled, cored, and diced into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 148g Feta cheese
  • Olives, halved and as many as you like! (Pitted Kalamata and stuffed green olives)
  • Continental parsley to serve
