Instant Pot Corned Beef & Cabbage

Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 pounds corned beef (with spice packet)
  • 2 onions, peeled and quartered
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 4 or 5 medium-size waxy potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 3 large carrots, peeled and quartered
  • 1 large head cabbage, cut into 2-inch wedges
