Ingredients
- Place all ingredients into the TM bowl and blitz on speed 6 for 30 seconds.
- Spoon mix into prepared cupcake tray, ⅔ filling each paper case (the cupcakes will rise).
- Place in oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes for small cupcakes or 15 to 18 minutes for muffin-size cupcakes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tray.
