Ingredients

  • 8 ounces okra, split lengthwise
  • 1 ½ cups fresh corn kernels (from 3 to 4 ears)
  • Granulated sugar (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Torn basil or flat-leaf parsley leaves, to garnish
