Classic South Coca-Cola Pork Loin Recipe
Ingredients
  • 5 pounds of pork loin roast, boned (Can use spiral cut ham if preferred).
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce.
  • 1 cup of Coca-Cola.
  • ½ cup of dark brown sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
  • 3 tablespoons of oil.
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
  • ⅓ cup of ketchup.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced.
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard.
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger.
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, crushed.

  • 1 cup of brown sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
  • ½ teaspoon of dry mustard.
  • 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • ⅓ cup of balsamic vinegar.
  • ⅔ cup of Coca-Cola.
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to season.
  • Mix all Coca-Cola glaze ingredients in a saucepan; simmer and stir to thicken.
  • Brush or spoon glaze onto meat frequently during cooking. You can also serve any remaining sauce with the sliced pork if you like.
