Ingredients
  • Angela McIntyre so I make this recipe for any potluck we go to, and sometimes just because my kids love it SO much. Two packs of the cube style hash brown potatoes, 3 cups shredded cheddar, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, half the soup can of milk, seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders) and diced/cubed ham. mix it all together and place in two rectangular casserole dishes. Bake covered (I use tinfoil) at 350 for 1 to 1.5 hours until potatoes are tender. uncover and top with extra cheddar and broil until cheese melts and crisps a bit. YUM. I take one for the potluck and one goes in the fridge (after cooling) for later. I have frozen this in serving size portions but usually it doesnt last long enough.
