Soba Soup with Shrimp and Greens

  • 5 Tbsp. soy sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 oz. soba noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
