Ingredients
  • 1 cup Butter
  • ¾ cup lemon juice
  • ¾ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 medium clove garlic; minced
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 tsp dried whole rosemary
  • ⅛ tsp ground red pepper
  • 3 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 3 pounds large or jumbo shrimp; unpeeled
  • 2 medium lemons; thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion; thinly sliced
  • optional: fresh rosemary sprigs
Steps
  1. Combine first nine ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Rinse shrimp and drain. Layer shrimp, lemon and onion slices in a 13x9x2 baking dish. Pour reserved butter mixture over shrimp.
  3. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Baste occasionally with pan juices.
  4. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs if desired.
