Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups (420 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups (240 grams) cake flour (see note below for a cake flour substitution)
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt, or 2 teaspoons table salt
  • About 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil for coating the inside of the bowl
