Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake
Ingredients
  • 225g all-purpose flour
  • 170g granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 115g unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 170g cream cheese, softened
  • 60ml fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon zest (from 2 to 3 lemons)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
